YUI Adilitas: Journal of Justice and Legal Studies accepts manuscripts located at the intersection of law and justice, including but not limited to: studies on theories of justice and legal philosophy; private law and business law; criminal law; human rights and access to justice; legal policy analyses affecting the distribution of social justice; comparative law studies; and empirical research on access to justice, the effectiveness of judicial institutions, and the regulatory impact on vulnerable groups.
YUI Adilitas: Journal of Justice and Legal Studies welcomes normative legal methodologies, doctrinal analysis, qualitative or quantitative empirical research relevant to issues of justice, comparative studies, and mixed-methods approaches, provided that their validity is explicitly justified. Studies on the development of jurisprudence, emerging legal concepts, and judicial reasoning. Studies on law and development, particularly the role of law in economic, social, and institutional development.
