    YUI Adilitas: Journal of Justice and Legal Studies accepts manuscripts located at the intersection of law and justice, including but not limited to: studies on theories of justice and legal philosophy; private law and business law; criminal law; human rights and access to justice; legal policy analyses affecting the distribution of social justice; comparative law studies; and empirical research on access to justice, the effectiveness of judicial institutions, and the regulatory impact on vulnerable groups.

Each methodological approach must be explained transparently, including the research design, data sources, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, and the rationale for selecting the method in accordance with the research objectives.     YUI NurAdl : Journal of Islamic Legal and Human Rights accepts manuscripts addressing the following topics, including but not limited to: Theoretical and historical studies of Islamic legal thought and their relevance to human-rights principles; Interpretation of sharia, maqâshid al-syarī‘ah, and hermeneutical approaches to legal texts; Family law from Islamic and human-rights perspectives; Comparative law analyses between Islamic norms and secular legal systems with respect to the protection of human rights; Normative dialogue and the harmonisation of religious norms with international instruments (treaties and conventions) concerning freedom of religion or belief, freedom of expression, and non-discrimination; Public-policy issues that implicate Islamic law (for example, religious education, zakat and social welfare, Islamic economic law) and their implications for the fulfilment of socio-economic rights; Empirical research on law-enforcement and adjudicative practices within Muslim communities and on the protection of vulnerable groups;  Legal professional ethics, the role and functioning of religious courts (peradilan agama), and dispute-resolution mechanisms grounded in humanitarian values.

    Studies on legislative reform, the legislative process, drafting of legislation, and regulatory impact assessment. Studies on the development of jurisprudence, emerging legal concepts, and judicial reasoning. Studies on law and development, particularly the role of law in economic, social, and institutional development.
